The Opportunity

Join a dynamic culinary team preparing nutritious, delicious meals for large-scale institutional environments. This is a hands-on kitchen role where you'll apply professional cooking techniques to serve dozens or hundreds of people daily. You'll work in a structured, team-based kitchen setting that values consistency, food safety, and efficient meal production.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food for collective dining operations, following standardized recipes and portion guidelines
• Maintain kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas according to health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal timing and service
• Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation throughout prep and service
• Adhere to food handling protocols and dietary accommodation requests
• Support inventory management and communicate needs to management

What You Bring

• Proven experience cooking in institutional, commercial, or collective kitchen environments
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and adapt to menu changes
• Physical capability for standing, lifting, and performing repetitive kitchen tasks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and professional attitude
