Night Maintenance

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is hiring a part-time Night Maintenance professional for our Hamilton Square, Mercer County location. If you're someone who takes pride in keeping a facility clean, organized, and functioning smoothly during overnight hours, we'd like to meet you.

About the Role

Your night shift work keeps our restaurant and retail operation ready for the guests and team members who arrive each day. From our kitchen and dining areas to our retail floor, you'll maintain our facility to the highest standards during hours when the store is closed to the public. This hands-on position rewards attention to detail and a commitment to quality work done right.

What You'll Do

• Perform thorough cleaning, sanitization, and floor care across kitchen, dining, and retail spaces
• Inspect equipment, report maintenance issues, and address minor repairs as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols specific to food service facilities
• Manage trash removal, supply restocking, and facility organization
• Work independently and communicate effectively with management and other night team members
• Document completed tasks and flag any concerns for day-shift leadership

What We're Looking For

• Reliability and commitment to a consistent night shift schedule
• Physical capability to stand, lift, bend, and perform active work throughout your shift
• Basic mechanical understanding and ability to identify maintenance concerns
• Strong focus on cleanliness and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while maintaining open communication with supervisors
