Jackson Physician Search is recruiting a full-time neurologist to join an established, hospital-employed medical team in Newport News, Virginia. This newly opened facility empowers physicians to shape their neurology career through meaningful flexibility: practice primarily in an outpatient setting with select inpatient responsibilities, or commit to our structured 7-on-7-off neurohospitalist program.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with neurological conditions across the full spectrum of practice
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans grounded in evidence-based medicine

• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO with board certification in neurology
• Unrestricted medical license in Virginia
• Demonstrated clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care

Compensation is competitive, with a hiring range of $360,000 to $430,000 annually, based on specialty, experience, and demonstrated performance.
