Jackson Physician Search is recruiting a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon (ORS Trauma) to join a thriving Level II trauma program along the Mid-Atlantic Coast in Hampton Roads, Hampton City. About the Role

As an Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon, you will deliver expert orthopedic trauma and fracture care within a 450-bed facility carrying a Level II trauma designation. You will become part of a growing, collaborative department alongside three additional fellowship-trained trauma surgeons and a robust group of advanced practice clinicians, all working together to serve patients across the Hampton Roads region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic trauma and fracture management for patients at a Level II designated trauma center.
• Collaborate with a team of three fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma surgeons and six Physician Assistants dedicated to trauma care.
• Coordinate with the broader orthopedic group, which includes seven additional orthopedic surgeons and six advanced practice providers spanning general, sports, and related subspecialties.
• Contribute to a collegial, team-based approach to patient care within a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma surgery.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex fracture and trauma cases in an acute-care environment.
• A team-oriented mindset and commitment to collaborative, high-quality patient care.
