About the Role
As a Mobile Signing Agent, you'll play a critical role in the loan closing process, traveling to borrowers' homes, offices, or preferred locations to facilitate document signings. You'll work independently, managing your own schedule and client interactions while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Conduct loan document signings at borrower locations throughout the Portland area
- Verify borrower identity and ensure all required documents are properly executed
- Review loan packets for completeness and accuracy before presentation
- Guide signers through the closing process with clear explanations
- Manage notarial acts in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Return completed documents to lenders or title companies promptly
- Maintain detailed records and communicate professionally with clients and partners
