About the Role
As a Graduate Software Engineer with LM Careers in the US, you will turn your academic foundation into practical impact across real engineering projects. Key Responsibilities
- Apply your knowledge and developing expertise to design and build effective, approved engineering solutions.
- Contribute across every phase of the engineering lifecycle, from early concept through to delivery.
- Adopt a systems-based approach when solving complex technical challenges.
- Work confidently with diverse technologies, tools, and structured engineering methods.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to translate requirements into practical, reliable outcomes.
Qualifications
- A recent or upcoming graduate qualification in software engineering, computer science, or a closely related discipline.
- A genuine enthusiasm for software development and systems engineering principles.
- Willingness to learn across the full engineering lifecycle and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Availability to join the February 2027 graduate intake and to work on-site at Mawson Lakes, SA or Newcastle, NSW.
