About the Role
You'll manage the entire recruitment and credentialing workflow for Aarris Healthcare's healthcare professionals. From identifying qualified candidates through final onboarding and verification, you'll own each stage of the process and ensure every clinician meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your work directly strengthens our ability to connect healthcare organizations with vetted, credentialed talent.
What You'll Do
- Lead recruitment initiatives for clinical positions, sourcing and evaluating qualified healthcare professionals
- Manage credentialing and verification workflows, confirming candidates meet all regulatory and certification standards
- Oversee onboarding processes, coordinating documentation, training, and compliance requirements for new clinical staff
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems to ensure organized, accurate record-keeping
- Partner with healthcare organizations to understand their staffing needs and identify matched candidates
- Monitor compliance requirements and regulatory updates affecting healthcare recruitment and credentialing
- Ensure timely completion of background checks, license verification, and required certifications
