About the Role
As a Mobile Notary Signature Surgeon, you'll provide professional notarization services directly to clients in Boston and surrounding areas. You'll handle a variety of signing appointments, from loan closings and real estate transactions to general document authentication and verification.
What You'll Do
- Travel to client locations to perform notary services and document signings
- Verify client identities and document authenticity in compliance with state law
- Execute notarizations according to Massachusetts notary requirements
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for each signing appointment
- Provide professional, courteous service to clients and lending partners
- Build lasting relationships with repeat clients and referral sources
