What You'll Do
- Travel to client locations to perform document signing and notarization services
- Verify identity and legitimacy of signers before processing documents
- Witness signatures on notarial documents and maintain compliance with state regulations
- Complete notarial certificates and maintain accurate record-keeping
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their documentation needs
- Ensure all notarized documents meet legal and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For
- Valid California Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one
- Background-check eligible with a clean record
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within San Jose and Santa Clara County
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and excellent client communication
- Knowledge of California notary laws and best practices (preferred)
