Mental Health Therapist – Outpatient – (LISW, LPCC, IMFT)

LifeStance Health is hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist to deliver outpatient mental health care to individuals and families in Mentor, Lake County. In this patient-centered role, you'll provide evidence-based therapy while expanding access to quality mental healthcare in our community.

What You'll Do

• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions through comprehensive clinical interviews and evaluations
• Design and execute evidence-based treatment plans responsive to each client's unique needs
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using established therapeutic modalities
• Track client outcomes, refine interventions based on progress, and maintain meticulous clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, physicians, and treatment team members to coordinate integrated care
• Stay current with clinical best practices and fulfill all continuing education requirements
• Uphold compliance with all applicable regulations, licensing standards, and documentation protocols

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Ohio licensure as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or IMFT
• One to two years of hands-on experience in outpatient clinical mental health practice
• Proficiency in mental health assessment and differential diagnosis across age groups
• Solid foundation in evidence-based treatment approaches
• Meticulous clinical documentation and record management
• Genuine commitment to client-centered, culturally competent care
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
