Based out of Long Prairie and serving communities throughout Northern Minnesota — including Alexandria, Burtrum, Little Falls, Browerville, and Staples — this on-site, full-time position is ideal for compassionate professionals who want their work to make a tangible difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, hands-on support to individuals in home and group home settings.
- Encourage personal growth, daily living skills, and community engagement.
- Assist with everyday routines, activities, and individualized care goals.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment tailored to each person's needs.
- Maintain reliable, consistent attendance across assigned shifts and locations.
Qualifications
- A genuine commitment to supporting people with diverse needs and abilities.
- Dependability and flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with availability between 8:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. based on the needs of those served.
- Willingness to work every other weekend as scheduled.
- Ability to travel to multiple service locations across Northern Minnesota.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and patience-driven caregiving skills.
Compensation
This full-time role offers a wage of $20 per hour, with benefit options available for full-time and part-time team members.
