About the Role

As Property Manager for South Fork Housing in Rexburg, Idaho, you will take ownership of property maintenance and day-to-day operations across the enterprise. South Fork Housing manages more than 1,700 leased spaces throughout Idaho, including student housing near Brigham Young University–Idaho and single-family residences. This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for an organized, hands-on professional who takes pride in delivering quality living environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee property maintenance across the company's portfolio of leased spaces
• Uphold and enforce company safety standards in all maintenance activities
• Coordinate the upkeep of student housing and single-family properties
• Support smooth, reliable operations for residents throughout the enterprise
• Help maintain the condition and presentation of properties to a high standard
