About the Role

Charlie Health is transforming how people access behavioral healthcare. In this full-time position, you'll facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual counseling in our Orenco location, working within a clinical model that prioritizes personalized treatment and genuine human connection.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate and lead therapeutic group sessions with clinical expertise and compassion
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with treatment teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care
• Deliver psychoeducation and teach practical coping strategies
• Build therapeutic relationships and maintain healthy group dynamics
• Track outcomes and adjust treatment approaches based on participant response

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related behavioral health field
• Active licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed counselor (LPC/LPCC), or equivalent credential
• Hands-on experience facilitating group therapy or counseling sessions
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment for mental health and substance use conditions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with diverse populations
• Training in trauma-informed and client-centered approaches to care
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team
• Strong organizational abilities and commitment to documentation standards
