The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Meeting & Events Sales Executive to join our team at Sofitel Heathrow. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development of new business opportunities in the meetings and events sector.

Core Duties

• Identify and pursue potential clients for meeting and event bookings
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to secure new business
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups on leads
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service to clients

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in sales, particularly within the meetings and events industry
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience with CRM systems for managing client relationships
