Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially minded, creative and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our world-famous caves, glowworm magic, and adventure experiences. As part of Tourism Holdings Limited (thl), a global tourism business with a broad portfolio across rental vehicles, tourism experiences, digital platforms, and travel brands, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness and visitor growth.

Core Duties

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our unique offerings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
• Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
• Evaluate campaign performance using metrics and adjust strategies as needed

• Proven experience in marketing management within the tourism or adventure industry
