What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor meat and produce team members, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards across all products
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product ordering to maintain freshness and availability
• Train new associates on departmental procedures, equipment operation, and customer service expectations
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Work with store management to meet sales targets and control labor costs
• Maintain department displays, signage, and merchandising standards
• Perform hands-on department work as scheduling allows, including cutting, pricing, and stocking

Compensation and Employment

This is a full-time position with an hourly wage of $16.50–$32.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation may also include performance incentives and schedule-based premiums.
