About the Role

As a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator at Holder Construction, you'll play a central role in our pursuit efforts and marketing operations. You'll manage project documentation, coordinate proposal timelines, and ensure that every submission reflects our standards for excellence. This hands-on position offers exposure to major construction projects and the opportunity to develop expertise across multiple departments.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and organize proposal documents, bid packages, and project specifications for client submissions
• Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and marketing team members to gather information and meet proposal deadlines
• Maintain and update marketing materials, case studies, and project portfolios
• Track proposal status, schedule client meetings, and manage follow-up communications
• Assist with event coordination, promotional content development, and company branding initiatives
• Support marketing department operations and administrative functions

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Organizational ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously
