About the Role

As Marketing Liaison for American Medical Associates, you'll serve as the vital connection between our organization and the healthcare professionals and community partners we depend on. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $80,000–$85,000 annually, based on your experience and facility assignment. You'll directly impact our ability to attract and retain patients by cultivating strong, productive referral relationships and collaborating across departments to achieve our growth objectives.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with community leaders, social workers, case managers, and discharge planners in the Cleveland Heights area and surrounding Cuyahoga County
• Partner with the Admissions team to develop and execute strategies that meet both short-term and long-range patient census targets
• Identify partnership opportunities and barriers to referrals, then proactively work to strengthen referral pipelines
• Communicate American Medical Associates' services, clinical capabilities, and value proposition to external stakeholders
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and professional networking events

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse professional backgrounds
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or community relations
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, patient admission processes, or referral management
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Based in or willing to work in Cleveland Heights, Cuyahoga County
