Marketing Assistant – Immediate Start

About the Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with senior marketers to ensure that internal and external communications are produced accurately and delivered on time. The position offers hands‑on experience with a variety of marketing functions while providing essential support to the department’s operational workflow.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the creation and formatting of marketing collateral such as flyers, email newsletters, and presentation decks
• Coordinate logistics for internal meetings and external events, including scheduling, venue preparation, and material distribution
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries, ensuring files are correctly named, version‑controlled, and easily accessible
• Help compile data for performance reports by gathering metrics from social media platforms, email tools, and web analytics
• Support the scheduling and publishing of social media content across brand channels using approved calendars
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports related to marketing activities
• Perform routine administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and updating contact databases
• Collaborate with vendors and freelancers to obtain quotes, proof materials, and track deliverables

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with basic graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts including branding, campaign lifecycle, and audience targeting
• Comfortable learning new software platforms quickly (e.g., email marketing services, project management apps)
• Professional demeanor and a team‑oriented attitude
