This full-time role focuses on the Central market, supporting our most critical initiatives while managing complex, high-impact projects across sourcing, investment, and acquisition execution.

Position Summary

As Market Officer, Central, you will play a pivotal role in advancing D.I. Management's acquisition strategy and market presence throughout the Central region. This position serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, managing end-to-end processes for priority acquisitions and contributing to the development and execution of region-specific growth initiatives. Based in Highland Park, Dallas, you will identify opportunities, evaluate market conditions, and shepherd transactions from initial analysis through closing, while maintaining focus on operational excellence and strategic alignment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and evaluate acquisition opportunities and strategic market entries within the Central region
  • Support the full lifecycle of investment and acquisition transactions, from initial screening through due diligence and close
  • Develop and execute region-specific strategy in alignment with corporate priorities and market dynamics
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform acquisition targeting and asset valuation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deal structuring, underwriting, and risk assessment
  • Manage relationships with brokers, consultants, and transaction partners throughout the Central territory
  • Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda, financial analyses, and business cases for senior leadership review

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in acquisitions, investment analysis, or commercial transaction management
  • Strong financial acumen and demonstrated ability to build and analyze detailed financial models
  • Proven track record navigating complex, multi-faceted transactions to successful completion
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Proficiency with financial analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the Central region
