About the Role
This full-time position offers the opportunity to be a hands-on member of our production team, performing essential manufacturing operations that support the facility's daily output and specialized production needs. You'll work across multiple assigned production areas, gaining exposure to diverse equipment and processes that are critical to our sterile manufacturing operations.
What You'll Do
- Operate and maintain glass washers and autoclave equipment according to established protocols
- Prepare buffers, culture media, and other production solutions following documented procedures and batch records
- Tend to process equipment and production systems in your assigned work areas
- Support equipment start-up, changeovers, and technology transfer activities as directed
- Perform production support operations that help keep manufacturing workflows on schedule
- Follow quality and safety standards in all assigned duties
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities

- Ability to work reliably across all shift schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Attention to detail and commitment to following written procedures consistently
