Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver a global benefits strategy aligned to business goals and talent priorities.
  • Design, benchmark, and refine programs across 22 countries to keep them attractive and cost-effective.
  • Direct day-to-day administration, enrollment, eligibility, communications, and issue resolution worldwide.
  • Safeguard compliance with benefits regulations, tax rules, and employment laws in every jurisdiction.
  • Manage broker, consultant, insurer, and third-party administrator relationships, renewals, and negotiations.
  • Own benefits budgets, forecasting, cost-containment, and data-driven program evaluation.
  • Coach the analyst team and advise senior leaders with subject-matter guidance and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a comparable discipline.
  • 8+ years of progressive benefits experience, including meaningful ownership of global programs.
  • Demonstrated success administering multi-country benefits, especially in the U.S., India, and the U.K.
  • Strong command of global benefits practices, compliance, and vendor management.
  • Experience leading and developing benefits teams.
  • Excellent analytical, financial, project management, and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Preferred: CEBS, CBP, SHRM, or similar certification; global tech/services background; benefits technology implementation experience; and exposure to M&A and workforce integration.
