Safeguard compliance with benefits regulations, tax rules, and employment laws in every jurisdiction. Experience leading and developing benefits teams. Excellent analytical, financial, project management, and stakeholder-influence skills. Preferred: CEBS, CBP, SHRM, or similar certification; global tech/services background; benefits technology implementation experience; and exposure to M&A and workforce integration.
