About This Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead our Fundraising Campaigns & Volunteer Engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns and volunteer engagement strategies. This role is crucial for driving the Foundation’s mission to cure Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, while improving the quality of life for affected individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising campaigns to support research initiatives and patient services.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to enhance community outreach and engagement.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of fundraising efforts and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including communications, development, and research departments.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to fundraising activities.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and volunteer management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful fundraising campaigns, including major gifts and events.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with donor databases and CRM systems.
