What We're Looking For A minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and volunteer management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. Experience in developing and executing successful fundraising campaigns, including major gifts and events. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with donor databases and CRM systems.
