About This Position
Evolent is seeking a Manager, Creative Design and Digital Experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creative design and digital experience initiatives that support our mission of improving health outcomes for those with complex and costly health conditions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead a team of designers and developers in creating innovative and user-centric digital experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall visual and interactive design of our platforms.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in creative design and digital experience management.
- A degree in graphic design, interactive media, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in creative design and digital experiences.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software.
