About This Position

Evolent is seeking a Managing Director for Market Operations in Phoenix, Arizona. As the leader of market operations, you will play a critical role in driving the success and growth of our health plan partnerships. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless integration with various stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations or a related field, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects and delivering results under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders
