Role Overview
The Program Manager, Omnichannel Retail Experience will lead the adoption and continuous improvement of Omnichannel programs across Arc'teryx's North American retail fleet. This role involves close collaboration with Retail Operations, Training, Guest Services, Ecommerce, and Technology teams to ensure store teams are equipped with necessary tools, processes, training, and support for delivering best-in-class Omnichannel experiences.
What You'll Do
- Act as the voice of the field for Omnichannel initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve execution and remove operational friction.
- Strengthen the connection between digital and physical retail experiences through cross-functional partnership, operational leadership, and change management.
- Drive adoption, enhance guest outcomes, and support future growth of Arc'teryx's Omnichannel business by working closely with Operations Solutions to plan and deploy services, tools, and initiatives that support our retail and digital teams.
