What This Role Involves

The Program Manager will lead and support the development of new programs for early career talent in the EMERGE initiative. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and drive innovation within the PlayStation community.

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of new programs for early career talent in the EMERGE initiative.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery, including HR, marketing, and training departments.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet program goals and deliverables.
• Drive innovation within the PlayStation community by identifying new opportunities for growth and development of early career talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working with early career talent programs is a plus.
