Position Summary

The Program Manager, People Enablement Operations at Arcteryx.com will oversee the execution of department-wide People, Culture and Transformation planning, operations, and corporate services. This role is crucial for aligning long-term strategic goals with daily business priorities through managing key rhythms like quarterly and annual planning, budgeting workflows, and reporting cycles.

• Manage core rhythms including quarterly and annual planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Support innovation, consistency, and operational excellence in People Enablement operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver key services to regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning and corporate services.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.
• Ability to work in a full-time, on-site capacity at our North Vancouver office.
