The Opportunity

Boldr is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and enhance our client experience. As part of our global B-Corp team, you will be responsible for driving meaningful connections through authentic interactions with clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage cross-functional teams and ensure exceptional service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Leverage your leadership skills to oversee client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies for improving client experience across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and deliverables that enhance the client journey
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement
• Build a culture of authenticity and meaningful connections within the team

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in client management or related field
• A proven track record of leading teams and driving positive client outcomes
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building authentic relationships
• Experience in B-Corp or similar values-driven organizations is a plus
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation abilities
