The Client Solutions team at Aleph is central to our mission of empowering advertisers and brands through the strategic execution and success of campaigns on leading platforms like TikTok. As a Client Solutions Manager for TikTok, you will work closely with the Client Partner team to deliver exceptional service to clients, focusing on campaign strategy and execution. You will collaborate with top agencies and brands across Latin America to educate and inform about the exciting evolution of TikTok's platform and Aleph’s offerings.

Your Responsibilities

Ensure successful design and delivery of all assigned campaigns, including original content, custom-built, high-impact, and targeted media strategies.
Partner with the Client Partner team to foster long-lasting and effective client relationships.
Collaborate with the Brand Strategist to develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies that align with business goals.
Educate clients about TikTok’s platform capabilities and how they can be leveraged for maximum impact.

Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

Proven experience in client services, account management, or a related field within the digital advertising industry.
A deep understanding of TikTok's platform and its capabilities.
Strong project management skills with an ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential.
