What This Role Involves

The Lead Centre Manager will oversee multiple Active Ageing Centres, ensuring high-quality services for seniors. Responsibilities include leading AAC Supervisors, supporting staff recruitment and training, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and policies across all centres.

<h2-Core Duties

• Lead AAC Supervisors in delivering exceptional care to senior citizens
• Support the recruitment and training of support staff
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) and company policies
• Manage incidents, audits, and feedback from clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate staffing, procurement, and partnerships with relevant organizations

• Proven experience as a Centre Manager or similar role in the healthcare sector
