Core Duties
- Assist clients in understanding and enrolling in various benefit programs
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls and email communications
- Build long-term relationships with clients by addressing their needs and concerns
- Participate in comprehensive training to ensure industry knowledge and best practices
- Receive warm leads, ensuring a focused approach on client engagement without cold calling or purchasing leads
