About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of our facility's operations, keeping Eden Terrace running smoothly while supporting our residents and team members every day. You'll handle preventive and corrective maintenance across our community, responding to maintenance requests and ensuring all systems function safely and reliably.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and facilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
- Inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Document all maintenance work and track equipment performance
- Ensure the facility meets safety standards and building codes
- Collaborate with the management team to prioritize maintenance needs
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related trade
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented approach
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to be part of a team dedicated to excellent resident care
