Working alongside our culinary leadership, you'll help shape day-to-day operations while contributing to the growth of our reputation and clientele. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity in Miami for a chef who takes pride in authentic Italian cuisine and consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the kitchen's daily culinary operations from prep through service
• Organize and place orders for ingredients, food supplies, and kitchen equipment
• Inspect incoming produce and ingredients to confirm they meet our standards for freshness and quality
• Support the Head Chef in menu execution, plating, and maintaining recipe consistency
• Help foster a welcoming guest experience that strengthens the restaurant's brand within the Miami dining community
• Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and health code standards throughout the kitchen

Qualifications

• Hands-on culinary experience, ideally within a restaurant or comparable kitchen environment
• Comfortable performing under pressure in a fast-moving, deadline-driven setting
• Strong eye for detail when assessing ingredient quality and presentation
• Solid organizational and leadership abilities to coordinate kitchen staff and inventory
• Genuine passion for Italian cooking and delivering memorable meals
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Miami, Miami-Dade County
