What This Role Involves

The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance activities to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents. Responsibilities include managing a team of maintenance staff, performing routine inspections, scheduling repairs, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance tasks for the facility
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Inspect facilities for potential hazards and address them promptly
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance management role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental compliance
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits
