About This Position
Westview Health Care Center is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team in Dayville, CT. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing hands-on care for residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Monitor residents' vital signs and overall health status
- Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes in the resident's medical record
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, social workers, and therapists
