About the Role
As an LPN at Bear Creek Senior Living, you'll play an essential role in our clinical care team, providing direct patient care that enhances residents' health, dignity, and quality of life. This is hands-on nursing work in a senior living environment where every shift matters and your compassion counts.
What You'll Do
- Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of the nursing director or physician
- Monitor vital signs and report significant changes to supervisory staff
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate clinical records
- Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Support infection control and safety protocols throughout the facility
What We're Looking For
- Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Colorado
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or senior health services preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a care team
- Genuine compassion for older adults and commitment to person-centered care
- Reliability and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
