About the Role
As a Lot Attendant Sales at our San Rafael dealership, you'll maintain our inventory presentation while supporting our sales team. This role combines vehicle preparation with direct customer interaction, helping to move prospects through the sales process and ensuring our lot reflects our dealership's commitment to excellence.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and detail vehicles for display, including cleaning, inspecting, and organizing the sales lot
- Assist sales representatives by retrieving vehicles, coordinating test drives, and facilitating customer tours
- Qualify interested prospects and gather initial information to support the sales team's follow-up
- Monitor lot conditions and address safety, organization, and appearance standards daily
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues to management
- Maintain accurate records of lot inventory and vehicle status
- Provide a professional, welcoming presence to customers visiting our San Rafael location
What We're Looking For

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
