Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Proven experience in product or process development consistent with a senior (Level III) engineering role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities grounded in scientific method.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to work on-site in Holland, Lucas County; this role is not remote.
