Latino Network is hiring a full-time Licensed Mental Health Clinician to provide compassionate, culturally-grounded mental health services to our Portland, Multnomah County community. In this role, you'll work alongside a dedicated clinical team to support individuals and families as they navigate life's challenges with strength and dignity.
About the Role
As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician with Latino Network, you'll deliver direct clinical services as a 1.0 FTE position in our Portland location. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to our Clinical Supervisor, where you'll be part of an organization leading with love to create radical social change in our community.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual counseling and psychotherapy to clients across diverse backgrounds
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and case management records
- Collaborate with clinical team members and interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated care
- Support clients in crisis situations and provide appropriate referrals and resources
- Work from our Portland office to serve our community with cultural humility and clinical excellence
What We're Looking For
- Current state mental health licensure (Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience providing mental health services to diverse populations
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commitment to cultural humility and social justice in clinical practice
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
