Travel Social Work – Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Talent4Health is actively hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time travel position based in Nichols Hills, Oklahoma County, offering $2,026 per week. This is a direct opportunity to make an immediate impact in clinical social work within a fast-paced hospital setting across a 13-week assignment beginning July 20, 2026.

About This Position

This full-time clinical social work role brings experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) into a dynamic healthcare environment where patient-centered care is the priority. Working 40 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, you'll be part of a committed team serving Nichols Hills and the Oklahoma City metro area. The 13-week assignment provides continuity to support patients and colleagues through a meaningful stretch of care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for hospitalized patients and their families
• Develop and implement individualized clinical treatment plans
• Provide direct clinical social work services aligned with hospital protocols and standards
• Coordinate discharge planning and community resource referrals
• Document clinical notes and maintain patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to support holistic patient care

What You Bring

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) credential through the State of Oklahoma
• Demonstrated experience in hospital-based clinical social work
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
