Role Overview

This role involves working closely with lawyers at various levels to manage their deliverables and oversee the implementation of diverse projects, driving the practice groups forward from an operational and commercial perspective.

Your Responsibilities

• Work closely with lawyers across different levels to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet client expectations and firm standards.
• Provide support in the preparation of legal documents, reports, and presentations.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

What We're Looking For

• A proactive individual with a strong interest in legal project management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a legal or related field is preferred.
