About This Position
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team at CDI Experts. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our consultancy firm. This full-time position is based in Adelaide CBD and offers opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
Core Duties
- Oversee project controls, claims, and dispute resolution processes for major construction, infrastructure, energy, mining, and industrial projects.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on commercial and contractual matters.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services that meet client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, government agencies, developers, and other industry partners.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and growth initiatives for CDI Experts.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial, quantity surveying, or project controls roles within the construction, infrastructure, energy, mining, or industrial sectors.
- A proven track record of delivering successful projects and managing complex client relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring and developing junior staff.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software tools and relevant industry-specific software.
