Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize legal documents, pleadings, motions, and discovery materials for litigation matters
• Maintain detailed case files and litigation schedules to ensure deadlines and filing requirements are met
• Assist attorneys with legal research, document review, and case analysis as needed
• Coordinate with opposing counsel, courts, and clients to facilitate communication and case progress
• Support litigation procedures by drafting correspondence, organizing exhibits, and managing administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with court rules, filing deadlines, and procedural requirements
