Position Summary
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first impression for prospective residents at Argento at Riverlights Apartments. You'll spend your days showing floor plans, qualifying applicants, building relationships, and closing leases. This is a full-time role where your interpersonal skills directly impact the success of our community and your earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and communicate the unique features and benefits of available units
- Evaluate applicant qualifications and guide prospects through the leasing process
- Prepare lease documents accurately and ensure compliance with lease terms
- Answer inquiries about floor plans, pricing, lease terms, and community amenities
- Maintain accurate records of applications, leads, and lease transactions
- Build lasting relationships with prospective and current residents
- Meet occupancy and leasing production goals
Skills & Qualifications
- Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated sales experience or track record in customer-facing roles
