What You'll Do

• Manage HR administrative tasks including records maintenance, documentation, and filing systems
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and general HR inquiries
• Coordinate and promote workplace wellness programs and initiatives
• Assist with benefits enrollment, policy communication, and employee education
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Organize HR-related meetings, events, and communications
• Support general office operations and coordinate departmental activities

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in HR administration or human resources support roles
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
