About the Opportunity

This is a full-time team truck driving position that combines hands-on driving operations with the opportunity to transition from leasing to ownership. You and your team partner will operate your own leased truck while building equity toward ownership, all without requiring money down or meeting rigid credit minimums. What You'll Do

• Operate a commercial truck as part of a two-driver team, handling long-haul freight across assigned routes
• Coordinate schedules and driving duties with your co-driver to maximize efficiency and uptime
• Maintain your leased truck to company and DOT standards, performing pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance
• Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations, including accurate logbook maintenance and hours-of-service rules
• Deliver freight safely and on time while building a professional driving record
• Work toward ownership goals while leveraging company support and resources

What We're Looking For

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with clean driving history
• Current DOT medical certificate
• Experience as a team driver or readiness to adapt to team operations
• Professional demeanor and commitment to safety standards
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with your co-driver
• Financial stability and genuine interest in truck ownership
