Role Overview
As a Lean Leader at Wabtec's Duncan, SC facility, you'll champion lean methodologies and operational excellence across your assigned area. You'll develop and execute improvement strategies, mentor team members in lean principles, and establish a culture of continuous enhancement. - Lead and facilitate lean improvement projects using proven methodologies and tools
